Judy Woodfin
Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
Licensed as Judith F. Woodfin
A member of Fox Residential since 2000, Judy Woodfin is a compulsive organizer who enjoys managing the purchase details and relishes putting together the perfect co-op and condo board packages.
Over the years, a wide base of friends and former colleagues calls upon Judy to find them homes – not just because she has an intimate and enthusiastic knowledge of New York real estate – but because as managing partner of Connoisseur Design, Ltd., she designed and renovated countless homes in the city. Indefatigable in the property search, intuitive and respectful of clients’ wishes, Judy’s innate sense of space and possibility allows her to see the best potential for any space. Uptown, downtown, condominiums, co-ops, with or without outdoor space, near transportation or theatre, to rent or purchase, Judy appreciates the trust of her customers and the challenge to find the right property at the right price.
Prior to real estate, Judy spent two decades in marketing, corporate affairs, and public relations for major international corporations, responsible for the design and implementation of executive meetings, seminars and partner training sessions. Here, she honed superb logistics, site planning and organizational skills.
A graduate of Cornell University and a language major, Judy has lived on Central Park West for many years. She has a son, Tom Kaplan, who is a world class ice, rock, and mountain climber. She has three terrific grandchildren and three granddogs.
